Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 3, 2026.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of cedarzuno.com and visits to Cedar Zuno, a Canadian restaurant and offline casino lounge in Vancouver, including in-person dining, hosted table experiences, lounge visits, and private occasions.

01 · Scope

Acceptance and physical-venue scope

These provisions explain the agreement created by using our website or choosing to take part in the Cedar Zuno experience in person.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing cedarzuno.com, contacting Cedar Zuno through the website, or attending our physical Vancouver venue, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or participate in restaurant, lounge, hosted-table, or private-event experiences. We may revise these terms when our website or venue practices change. When we do, we will post the updated document with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site or participation after publication is subject to the updated terms.

Physical venue only

Offline hospitality and entertainment only

Cedar Zuno brings premium dining together with an elegant physical casino atmosphere. Information about poker, poker tables, card rooms, roulette, blackjack, chips, casino nights, and private events describes hosted, in-person experiences at our venue. Cedar Zuno does not offer online gambling or betting, and this website is not a place to play games remotely. It does not facilitate deposits, withdrawals, cash winnings, ticket sales, or monetary transactions. Game-related pages are provided as venue information and as a guide to the social, hosted character of our physical lounge experiences.

02 · Website use

Website use and content ownership

Use the site as a practical introduction to the rooms, restaurant, menu, and hosted experiences found at Cedar Zuno.

03 · Venue care

Guest conduct and venue care

Our restaurant and lounge are shared spaces. These standards help preserve a calm, welcoming, and safe in-person experience.

Respectful in-person conduct

Guests must act respectfully toward other guests, staff, performers, hosts, and the Cedar Zuno environment. Harassment, threatening behaviour, discrimination, excessive disruption, or conduct that compromises a calm or safe experience is not permitted. We ask guests to treat the restaurant, lounge, furnishings, table settings, and shared spaces with care. This standard applies throughout dining, lounge visits, hosted gatherings, and private occasions. Cedar Zuno may respond reasonably to behaviour that affects the comfort, dignity, safety, or enjoyment of others.

Hosted table and card-room etiquette

Card-room, poker-table, roulette, blackjack, and casino-night activities are hosted physical experiences. Guests must follow the instructions of hosts and staff, observe room etiquette, and respect the pace and shared character of each table. Cards and chips are physical elements of these hosted experiences and should be handled only as directed. If conduct, safety, venue operations, or applicable rules require it, Cedar Zuno may ask a guest to pause or leave an activity. We may also set reasonable participation boundaries to protect the experience for everyone in the room.

Safety, access, and service discretion

Cedar Zuno may manage entry, service, participation, and removal from the venue where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, staff direction, or the overall guest experience. Guests must follow reasonable instructions from our team and comply with applicable laws. Attendance, service, and participation are not guaranteed in every circumstance. Decisions made to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-run physical venue are intended to protect guests, staff, and the character of the restaurant and lounge.

04 · Arrangements

Reservations, enquiries, and private occasions

9

Requests are subject to confirmation

Online reservation requests, contact submissions, and private-event enquiries are requests only until Cedar Zuno confirms an arrangement directly. A proposed visit or gathering may require a conversation about room use, timing, guest requirements, and the intended format. We may need to clarify practical details before confirming whether an arrangement can proceed. For questions related to restaurant reservations or private occasions, you may contact us at [email protected]. Confirmation is always subject to the venue’s current ability to accommodate the requested experience.

10

Accurate guest information

Please provide accurate and current information relevant to your enquiry or reservation request. If your attendance plans change, let Cedar Zuno know as soon as reasonably practical. We use the information you provide to understand your request and communicate about the proposed visit or gathering. Do not submit information that is misleading, incomplete in a material way, or intended to interfere with our ability to prepare for a safe and appropriate venue experience.

11

Private occasions and venue requirements

Private occasions may require additional written arrangements, operational details, and venue-specific conditions communicated for the proposed gathering. Hosted dining and lounge experiences remain subject to safety requirements, staff direction, applicable law, and the practical needs of the venue on the day. A discussion about a private occasion does not itself create a confirmed arrangement. Cedar Zuno may identify reasonable conditions needed to protect the experience, its guests, and the physical spaces being used.

Practical note: private-occasion details are considered in the context of the proposed gathering and the venue’s operational requirements.

05 · Outside services

Third-party services and links

12

External links

If cedarzuno.com provides a link to a third-party website, it is offered for convenience only. Unless Cedar Zuno expressly states otherwise, we do not control or endorse that third party, its content, or its practices. Before using an external website, visitors should review its own terms, privacy practices, and other applicable policies. A link from our website does not mean that Cedar Zuno has reviewed every part of the linked service or accepts responsibility for it.

13

Independent services and communications

Cedar Zuno is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or dealings that take place outside our website and direct venue communications. Any interaction with an independent service is governed by the arrangements and policies of that service. Visitors should make their own assessment before relying on information supplied outside cedarzuno.com or outside a direct communication from Cedar Zuno.

06 · Legal boundaries

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

14

Information provided as available

Cedar Zuno aims to keep website information useful and current, but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or available. This applies to site content, venue descriptions, restaurant information, and hosted-experience details. Information on cedarzuno.com may be updated, corrected, or removed as circumstances require. Visitors should use the website as a guide to our physical venue and seek direct confirmation where a particular detail is important to a planned visit, gathering, or hosted experience.

15

Limitation to the extent permitted

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cedar Zuno is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on website information in connection with attending the venue. This limitation applies only within the bounds allowed by law and does not remove responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this provision is intended to reduce the importance of reasonable care, clear communication, or the protections available to visitors and guests under applicable law.

16

No waiver of non-excludable rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or waives rights or obligations that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law. If a provision is limited by law, it will apply only to the fullest extent permitted.

07 · Closing provisions

Governing law, changes, and terms questions

17

Applicable law and severability

Applicable law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia and Canada, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a visitor or guest. If a court or other competent authority finds any portion of these terms unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted or limited only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. This approach is intended to preserve the practical operation of the terms while respecting legal rights that cannot be displaced.

18

Changes to these terms

Cedar Zuno may revise these terms by posting an updated version on cedarzuno.com and updating the effective date shown with the document. The effective date identifies the version currently in force. Continued use of the website or participation in Cedar Zuno experiences after an updated version is published is subject to the revised terms. We encourage visitors to review this page when returning to the site or before relying on information for an upcoming visit.
